Poor Service and Incorrect Orders
Good day, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the poor service and quality I have experienced. On 20 April 2026, I purchased chicken fingers at Palm Springs. The food was dry and burnt. I attempted to report the issue using the contact numbers on the slip, but I was informed that those numbers are no longer working. I then scanned the QR code, submitted a complaint, attached proof of the burnt food, and provided my contact details. To date, I have not received any response. On 26 April 2026, I purchased a jumbo meal, which is supposed to include 10 pieces and 4 chips, but I only received 8 pieces. I tried calling ***, but the number does not exist. I then attempted to contact the Eyethu Mall branch, but they were unable to answer my call. I also requested a callback, which has not been returned. I am extremely disappointed that: Incorrect or non-working contact details are still printed on your slips My complaints have been ignored despite providing proof and contact information I have received incorrect orders without any follow-up or resolution I request the following: A full explanation regarding the non-working contact numbers Feedback on why my complaint has not been addressed Compensation or a refund for both incidents Please treat this matter as urgent. I expect a response within a reasonable timeframe.

Bad Customer Service
The service I received was totally poor, I stood for an hour at a queue to withdraw cash back then when, I finally got to the cashier she couldn't help me because she was offline but she, suggest I can go to money market because it's fine that side there are not offline when I got there the lady said I must go start a queue again outside .Which was unfair and poor customer service. Shoprite Palm Springs Mall.
