Superb service!

Hi Reyn.

Thulani and Cecil came out to our home yesterday in order to install the router and make sure that all was working correctly.

Thulani spent time making sure that our alarm system was working (as it is connected to our wifi) both when we connect to it via an app at home and away.

He tried to get our Unifi signal booster (situated downstairs) to work but couldn’t. He asked if he could take the booster home to work on it last night. I said that he could.

This morning he called to advise that he had sorted the booster issue out and that he would be coming past my house today to install it and make sure that all is working as it should.

My wife and I would like to compliment you and Thulani for a work ethic of the highest order! Both of you have provided superb customer service, in some cases, going beyond what was required.

The speed and efficiency that we have enjoyed has been top notch.
