Service and help even after I thought it was over.

I must commend this person and the company he represents. Never have I experienced this level of customer service. Reyn Wouda, this man spent almost 4 hours from 8:30PM on a Thursday night, helping me set up my fibre which was offline after a router OS update, that he had to unscramble and fix. He stayed in contact with me all night and kept being optimistic and helpful and professional. Their speed of service is also something I havent experienced before as my entire setup from order to router delivery was done in two days time. I salute you and a big thank you Sir, you are an example of dedication and determination. I recommend this company wholeheartedly and score them 6/5 Golden stars.******
