I am impressed with the query turn around time (generally a day), whether it be invoicing or technical.

The technical team is outstanding. I logged a performance query (one of the more difficult queries) which was actually improved. The technical assistant reviewed the solution setup and made a couple of tweaks, which dramatically improved my fiber speed at the second access point (via Ethernet over power line).

Technician kept consistent feedback during the process, which is rather refreshing.
