Bad internet speeds

Very poor speeds, Get 5 mbps on a 20 mbps line at times, Very seldom do i get 20mbps. Been with them for 3 months now. I have once logged it with them , and they mentioned that they made a change on my router, next week , back to bad speeds. Unfortunately going to be moving ISP soon.
