Awesome Service

In our area Evotel is the provider of the fibre infrastructure. They let us know that their service would be down for the day on the 22 July, 2019, but yesterday afternoon it was still not up. I contacted Thulani at Packetsky who contacted Evotel and sorted out the problem then went the extra mile to phone me once I got home to make sure everything was working perfectly.
