Worst experience and customer service

My husband arrived at 18:35 to collect a vehicle. They couldn’t find the key for almost 2 hours, until he was given another car. He had to drive all the way to Middelburg and back to collect the car he had booked because he needed a tow bar and wanted an automatic. The car we received a flat tyre on the weekend. When we wanted to check the tyre we were that the tyre had a puncture in the exact same place. We received the car dirty and now are being charged for washing it. They say we must pay an additional 4000 plus and we won’t get our deposit of 11k back. They claim we only get 200km’s a day. I would not recommend anyone to use them. Their service has been nothing but horrible from the get go.
