We recently rented a vehicle and trailer from Pace Rentals. The vehicle was in excellent condition and handled our trip very well. Unfortunately, we experienced an issue with the trailer on the day of collection, which caused a delay at the airport. However, I must commend the team for how professionally they handled the situation — they responded to my complaint after our trip and promptly refunded the trailer rental cost. It’s great to see a company that takes accountability and values their customers. Despite the initial setback, I would definitely consider using Pace Rentals again because of their excellent customer service and professionalism.
