Very affordable and professional. Refund doesn’t take long and you don’t have to call them for it. However, doing everything online including payment with all check-ins done doesn’t mean you will save time during pickup. All my experience is that they start looking for your car when you’re supposed to be going. They find a car, then you must wait for it to be washed. So, give yourself 30 minutes even when you completed all documentation prior to picking your ride.
