Refund long over due
I have been using Pace Car rental for a while now and have never had issues with my deposit refund. This time its literally taking them more than 8 days to refund my money which I have not received by the way still today, and today its the 8th day. Funny thing is their policy state the money will be refunded within 4 days. I called them only to find that the refund has not even been processed. This is really poor customer service and can they please update their policies to show the proper time it takes to refund

09 Mar 2023, 16:27Hi, Nani. Apologies for the misunderstanding, the refund was processed on the 13th of February however only allocated on the 23rd of February. Please note our refunds policy states that refunds are processed within 3-10 working days in a case where vehicle has no damages then 3-21 working days in a case where vehicle has damages.
