Refund delayed byDRIVVE Rental Roodepoort

I rented a car with deposit of R25400 and returned their car in good condition no damage Refund due to me of R22650 due to etra km charge has not been transfered since the 2 /2/2026 Im been taken from pillar to post 1-5 days they said then 4-7 days they said yet its 8 days now and money has not yet been transfered , i was then told to communicate with my bank to release money , FNB does not even have that money transfered back to my account Its lies after lies Everytime i enquire they keep sending me generated word document as proof of refund not a bank merchant transaction proof Its really frustrating to deal with these people
