Poor Admin, Pathetic Service
Unable to renew my license disc because of the speeding tickets I did not incur. Pace gave a car to someone else without changing vehicle details from mine to thay of that person. Since then I have been getting fines anf have disputed this with them with a very little assistance. I'm unable to get my personal car on the road because of such disservice. Would I recommend Pace to any of my family or business affiliates the answer is NO!!!

We have looked into this matter with our billings department, but can only find one invoice that was sent to you. If possible, please can you send out billings department a printout from the traffic department so that we can determine if the fines that you received were from Pace Car Rental or not.
