If you're looking for an affordable and professional car rental or car leasing company in South Africa, look no further than Pace.
I can spend a half hour listing what's amazing about them but let me keep it short and sweet to the following: 1. They're responsive. 2. Their rentals are affordable. 3. Their cars are well maintained. 4. Their staff is kind and professional. 5. They're safe. They'll protect your car and make sure you don't kill yourself and damage their property by driving too fast.
When you rent a car from Pace its like you've joined a family or a community group. From day one you're treated like the President of South Africa. At least I felt like I was the President...
I wanted to rent a convertible from two other companies but they snobbed me and became unresponsive even though I had been their loyal customer.
I called Pace in my emergency situation and Oufie was so friendly and kind and organized a beautiful blue BMW 2 series for me after his office hours on a Sunday! Can you believe the customer service and support!? He made me shine better than a Colgate smile.
I was super impressed with the hospitality, professionalism and brilliance of the team. Everyone was so well dressed and shiny and clean like one of those fancy 5 star hotels that you fear walking into without a suit and tie.
I've rented with other companies such as Avis, Cape Town Luxury Car rentals, Veloce, Hertz and others but the customer service and support at Pace was the best. It has been the best. 3 years of renting cars in South Africa and I can say that Pace has been the most friendly out of all of them. They made me feel like I was part of the family even though I just rented their lovely blue beast for a day.
I'm definitely coming back for more!!!! I can't get enough!

1. Nur - for delivering the car with such class and style and for making sure that I was well onboarded onto its features. Nur is very friendly and professional like his dad!
2. Mushfiq - for dropping me at the airport and doing the final car check and for being such a friendly soul.
3. André - for making sure that I got my refund at the speed of lightning. That helped a lot as I was able to use that to make a deposit on a purchase. Thank you.
And thanks once again to the whole Cape Town team including the staff at the airport who were all so professional, friendly and shiny.
