Pace car rental poor turn around time on deposit refund.
I rented the vehicle on the 30th Jan 2026 and returned it on the 31st Jan 2026, I haven't received my deposit yet after 10 days which causes the inconvenience on my side. Their turn around time is very poor. It is good when you pay them for the car but it seems difficult for them to refund the deposit to their customers.

The vehicle was returned at our Pretoria branch on Saturday, and the refund was processed on Monday. Unfortunately, Capitec card refunds can take 12 to 14 working days to reflect, which is outside of our control. Our branch manager will contact you directly to assist further.
