Pace Car Rental - Good option, quick response to issues.
This is a follow up review. They addressed my previous grievances and I am satisfied with the outcome.
I really think Pace Car rental has a lot of potential and their support / response on enquiries is great. Our experience with the Port Elizabeth branch could've been better, but if they can address those final issues to make the customer experience better, I think they can do great and I wish them all the best.
I will use them again next time to see if the final experience has improved.
