Pace Car Rental - ******ion through incompetence
The team doing checks on vehicles are not thorough. They charged me R4500 for damages as a result of me assuming they had noted all damages. The car was with me for ONE day and I drove it from Pace to home 10 kms. And I have no recourse. I will not hire again from Pace, will highly NOT recommend and will ensure I check a vehicle very closely the next time I hire a car.

05 Aug 2022, 14:00Hi Minnie, we pulled the check sheet for your rental. On return, damages were found, noted, and you signed acceptance of these. Your excess plus claim handling fee does equate to R4,500 which is what we have billed you. We do know this is not a great way to end a rental, but we do need to charge you as per your rental agreement. We trust that you find the above in order. Should you require these documents, we can arrange for our claims team to send them to you.
