Pace Car Rental, customer service at it's best
From the website all the way to checking out the car, my experience with Pace Car Rental in CPT airport was exceptional. Wayne Maloy met me at the airport arrival gates "Mr. Dirk, welcome to Cape Town!" he said. I've used many car rental companies in the past 2 years and not once did anyone make me feel that special. The check-in process was done online, Wayne took me through the car for the inspection and he actually made it fun, and off I went! At check-out I was met at the garage and was conveniently dropped off at the drop-off and go. Pace Car Rental, you legend!
