⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional service from Pace Car Rental

I recently rented a vehicle from Pace Car Rental and can honestly say that the entire experience was top class from beginning to end.

From the initial check-in, collecting the vehicle and checking it over, right through to returning the vehicle, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

What really impressed me was the outstanding communication from everyone at Pace. Emails were answered quickly, and the responses were always clear, informative and helpful. Whenever I had a question, I knew I would get a proper answer without having to chase.

I would especially like to thank Sarah at Pace Head Office, and Liezel, Lewellyn and Sandile at Pace Marlboro. Each of you played a part in making the rental experience such a positive one, and your professionalism and helpful attitude really stood out.

The vehicle collection and return processes were smooth and hassle-free, and even the refund of my deposit was processed promptly.

It's not often that you can say a rental company genuinely exceeded your expectations, but Pace Car Rental did exactly that.

A huge thank you to the entire Pace team — and especially Liezel, Lewellyn, Sarah and Sandile — for the excellent service.

I would absolutely recommend Pace Car Rental and would happily use them again.
