Not happy with Vehicle quality

I was not happy with the vehicle quality I received, this is not up to standards other car rental companies have, I had requested a Hyundai Staria and even sent a follow up email prior to my rental date to ensure I would receive the Staria, I think I booked about 2 months ahead of time to ensure I received the Staria or at least something of quality. Nonetheless I received an old Nissan Panel Van that smelt bad and drove terribly, I did not feel safe driving this. I went back to the main Pace Car rental branch to request a swop, they were unable to help me as they had nothing on site, Fair enough, However they took my details down and was ensured they would make a plan to find me a better panel van. But not surprisingly I never received a call or anything to help my situation. That Panel van is terrible, I won't be using Pace again as the quality of the vehicle I received after asking many times for the Staria was terrible. How can you expect to rent that out. And then also just ignore my requests after I leave site. I can't remember the lady's name who came to me when I was at the Branch, But she didn't seem to care about my complaints, telling me you only have one Staria in your fleet? Then don't advertise you can rent them out when you only have one. Terrible...
