Not happy.

I'm on my 2nd month of rental from Pace. I used the windshield wipers for the first time this week, informed Pace the wiper fly's off as soon as one switches it on, I had to stop and wait for the rain to subside before being able to drive any further, I informed Pace and they said I should come and swop out the car, I work in Somerset West and the airport is a good 40 minute drive from there when I asked if they can deliver the replacement and take the old one back I was told there will be a delivery fee of R850, I need to find the time during the day to make that trip at my expense twice. Not happy.
