Keep learning from feedback!
What absolutely needs to be improved is the control on the return of cars that are rented out again. We, but also the in-laws of my son Sjoerd, have experienced this. I myself have rented a Toyota Hilux twice. The first was the hatch in the back, which did not open properly. Then a new Hillux. We went for a drive and after 20 kilometers, it turned out that the throttle was broken. You could not take slopes properly. Then the owner, who started to interfere herself... we were given a Volvo XC 90. That did compensate. But still... that is why this feedback, otherwise the people are nice

The bakkie lock was unfortunately missed, and in their haste to get you on the road, you were given a replacement vehicle that had not gone through our checklist yet. We trust that the free upgrade to a luxury SUV as a token of compensation (and to set off on your journey without another half hour delay) was enjoyed. Regards,
