I rented a car from the Pace Car Rental Jhb branch from 25 March till 1 April, and received excellent service. The cost was extremely competitive, and the staff very helpful. Despite the fact that they do not have an office at the airport, the process was smooth, efficient and professional. There was constant communication via WhatsApp with kind staff, and the two staff members who came to assist me were unfailingly kind and concerned for my wellbeing. One of them even lent me his own mobile phone cable for the week (!) when I discovered that my lightning changer cable did not fit the USB port in the car. I cannot speak highly enough of the service and kindness and will definitely make use of this company again.
