I had a wonderful experience overall. However, in the end, things didn't quite go accordingly as a result of poor communication from their side as well as my financial situation emanating from my health issues, otherwise, I would have loved to keep the car for a longer period. I experienced excellent customer service and was always treated with the utmost respect and compassion. For me, their service was very much required for convenience, and their rates are also very reasonable. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. I would definitely recommend PACE car rental.
