Booked via online car rental booking company since I was unfami**** with local SA companies. Pace was great from the start. I was a bit nervous learning it did not have an onsite location at the airport. However, the personalized drop and pick up service was far better than waiting in cue upon arrival. Wayne communicated with us throughout the day leading up to arrival, had a sign waiting for us once we exited baggage and customs. He was kind, helpful, sincere and professional. I highly recommend Pave car rental at the Cape Town Airport. We are very experienced travels with high service level expectations and we’re really blown away by Wayne and Pace Car Rental experience for 2 week rental in Cape Town.
