Good but can improve with clean cars and transparency
Pace car Rental Pretoria always supports me whenever I need a car. I had rented three cars from them so far and the staff is great. The application process is good just that their cars are always dirty. I don't know why. Also I rented same car for different dates going to the same location but they charged me for extra km which they did not bother to explain.

Kindly note that the free kilometres you received during the 2-day rental was double the free kilometres you received on the 1-day rental, hence the reason you were charged for excess mileage as per the rental agreement. You are most welcome to consider purchasing top up mileage on future rentals to reduce excess mileage.
