Exceptional service provided
I would also like to give a special thank you to Bafana Baloi from the Pretoria branch. Bafana was asked to drop a courtesy car for me while I was stuck on Monday 07 December 2025. He was very helpful and kept me updated on where he was and got the vehicle to me within the time that he had committed. Even after my vehicle was fixed the next day, I texted Bafana to come and collect the courtesy vehicle, he was quick to respond and did not keep me waiting as he arrived to the pick-up location almost the same time as me.
Well done, Bafana, keep up the good work and exceptional service.
