A company is only as good as the people working in it! The Cape Town team are exceptional! Mr Anzio, who has the patience of Job. I initially started my Pace car relationship in Durban. Mr Anzio’s expertise and calm manner was the only reason I didn’t cancel my car rental from Pace in Durban. He also explained the benefits of full cover for the vehicle, which ended up being a blessing as on my way to my destination from the airport down the N2 where construction is still happening, a stone was flung up by a truck in front of me and made a massive hole in the windscreen. We were then met at Cape Town International by Lyle, who was waiting at arrivals for us. He escorted us to the vehicle, and I was given the most beautiful bunch of roses and a bag of delicious treats. The Cape Town team were highly professional, and treated us with kindness and respect. I would definitely highly recommend Pace in Cape Town. Hopefully, the Durban experience was a once off! I will definitely use Pace again!
