Excellent Service!!!

I had rented a bakkie from Pace Car Rental, Kempton Park and when I returned it, I asked that they retain the deposit as I would need the bakkie again the following weekend and advised the gentleman who was helping me that I would be picking it up on the morning of Thursday, 26 December 2024. I arrived just before 12:00 and found Mpho and Nicholas who told they closed at 11:30. Nonetheless, they were willing to help me. It was challenging as the booking was not made and they did not have any reference of me...long story short, they made a number of calls (calling people on leave) and worked beyond their knock-off time. Even though it took a couple of hours to get through the admin, I drove-off with the bakkie. Their service and extra effort was greatly appreciated.
