Efficient, clean and helpful, friendly people

Pretty easy to get the reservation set up; driver license verification took a bit of effort as I did not want to email personal details over insecure email. ( they really need to have a secure upload facility for personal documents) Staff a friendly, I used the drop-off and pick-up service ( love this feature option where it is needed ). The vehicle was clean and in very good condition ( Toyota Fortuner ) and fairly new, 2-3 years old. I did get several SMS notices from them during the dates I had the vehicle, reminding you of responsibility ( which was fine ) and then speeding there is a sign in the vehicle indicating that there is real-time motion tracking of the vehicle; and they may cancel your selected insurances. So --- a little creepy that they track your every movement and invading your privacy ... I can see it being used to track reported ****** vehicles. Don't like this.
