Disappointed in Pace Car Rental

I am very disappointed in the service I am getting from Pace Rentals. Initially when i did my booking I requested for a Ford Fiesta in the Group B. I was told that they dont have one for now i would be given the VW Polo Vivo. I told my problem about the VW that i have been hijacked twice and once attempted hijacking and was told around the 23rd I could be able to have a Ford Fiesta as long as my debit is settled. I paid what was owed in full and called I got new booking that was being done instead of carrying on with the lease that i have already. I called to accounts and maintenance and they said there is no need for a new booking if i am not happy with the vehicle they can change to another vehicle with a charge fee of change over of R350. But the reservation team were stating that I need a new booking issue was never resolved because i stated i dont have the money for new booking but have the money for change over... i am still not happy with this Polo and i have been happy with there service till now recently. Then today i get a tyre punch and to open the boot i get the jack and everything ready, when i am abt to loosen the nut covers there is no spanner to remove that at all and had to call in its now an hour later and still waiting for a driver to be dispatched. Come on guys i expected way much more better than this for what i pay very disappointed in Pace from the onset of the rental and now a breakdown.
