Car hire deposit

I hired a Datsun Go for two months and paid a R3400 deposit that had to be repaid if the vehicle was returned without any damages. To my surprise a week has gone by since returning the vehicle and I haven't been refunded my deposit for some reason. The car was inspected there were no damages to car I returned the car full of petrol the issue that they had was dirty car seats which I was a surprise as the car was clean inside and outside.
