Appalling Rental Service

We rented a Toyota Quantum from the 5th to the 8th of October 2023. On collection we did a thorough inspection and i also took a video of the the dent that was on the quantum and some sticky window glue that stuck on the right side of the vehicle. A note was made on the check sheet to this effect.

On returning the vehicle, the very same dents were raised by Pace to have have been caused by us. We presented the very video we took on collection, and a week later, the 11K deposit we paid hasn't been refunded, and we are being sent from one department to the other and no one seems to want to refund seeing we have brought proof forward of the dents they had.
