2-Thumbs Up for Pace Car Rental

Booked a Toyota Fortuner 2.4D from 5-12 Jul 2024. Pre-Booking Experience: All questions were promptly & clearly answered by Cal even ones unrelated to use of car. It made our decision on car rental easy.

Collection of car: Wayne from Pace contacted me the day before collection. Our flight from Windhoek was delayed by an hour and further pushed by a by long immigration queue. I kept Wayne informed about the delay but he was most understanding and pleasant about the whole matter - maintaining professional cheeriness the whole time despite waiting for 2+ hours.

Return of car: This was a breeze. Pace reps met us at the airport BP station after re-filling and led us to the airport, 5 minutes drive ... inspected the car and we were off!

Summary: Wouldn't bother to search for another rental next time we are in SA. Loved the car (near new), service quality and the people.
