Oxford University leaves school children without books!!!
Our school children was left without books because oxford university failed to plan ahead.
They knew their books were out of stock but failed to order more for their clients to purchase, leaving a back order of two months BEFORE the start of the fourth term.
On their website it indicates that they have stock. After ordering your books you only receive a delivery of two books with a notification that its out of stock with no ETA.
Their poor customer service from their managers are the worst. Never available to take a call or give feedback
