Very unhappy

So I app**** with this college in the beginning of the year , everything went well until I lost my job. I fell behind on payment. So instead of wasting there time i want to cancel with them. I then got my cancellation fee thats the full amount of my studies , so basically im being forced to pay for something that i don't want to do. I need help. I sent them a email on monday saying i want to speak to one of the "board members" but still no answer. Im very disappointed. The sad part is i even recommended them to alot of people. I just see it as heavily unfair. I got handed over to a collection company. I hope this matter can be resolved. Honestly speaking i loved them in the beginning, friendly staff the whole works , they even to check ins on you (very nice of them) the only problem is this cancellation thing. And i hope i get contacted soon
