Unprofessional, unhelpful and immoral/****ful

I have nothing but regrets since signing up and registering with this institution. The issues arrived when I started studying Electrotechnics and asked the tutors for help. There was an incident where I had asked for help sending a picture of the question paper cropped to show the only question I needed help with. I requested extra sources, videos and similar questions as this was very difficult to find with Oxbridge Academy. The tutors response was an absolute joke. They had sent an empty PDF file only containing the words "question 3.1.4 Where?" After this incident I was so annoyed I decided to cancel. A lot of time went past before my cancellation was approved but I was not sure what i was paying for as not paying means your books wont be sent and there were no online sources or worthy tutors that I'd receive for my money. Time went on and an EXTREMELY ***** debt collector company started to look for me. They could not even supply me with the number of debt that was owed. They had to ask me to send Oxbridge emails so that they could tell me how much I owed. The debt collectors are bullish, rude and unprofessional. I could not even get a proof of banking details from them (which is not unfair to ask) I wish I had read the reviews before contacting this company. My condolences to all their victims who were just trying to get ahead in life and this evil company set them back. I also find their invoices and statements completely unprofessional
