Started studying with oxbridge beginning of the year, in june i sent a email that id like to cancel my course, no one responded to my emails,sms and whatsapp. Recently i got a call and i told them im canceling my course, i was told by Denise to fill in a cancelation form and no response was received again. This morning she called and acted like she didn't even know i had asked for cancelation when I've emailed her the form. Further more she told me my reasons for canceling are not valid and i should choose another course.. I DON'T WANT TO STUDY AT YOUR ACADEMY. She told me the board would reject my cancelation form. Please tell me why IM BEING FORCED to study with this school? I want to cancel ive sent what is required and i want my cancelation confirmation letter. Denise keeps sending me sms's threatening to blacklist me even though ive made it clear im cancelation. Im well with in my right to cancel.
