To good to be true

I knew when I first started with Oxbridge Academy, this can't be right. The pricing, the training material.... but I went with them anyway. I pay my study fees every month even though they call me twice a month to find out when I will do my next payment. When I enrolled, I was told that the pricing they gave me includes everything and that is why I went with them because they were not expensive. I enquired a month or so back to enquire when the exams were to take place. The lady, Heila, emailed and called me and said she know is it opening in January, but was not to sure. When I enquired recently, I was informed that the closing date is 6 March. Nobody told me before hand that the closing date for the June exams is 6 March and that I had to pay R500 per subject. I was told that if you course fees is paid up to a certain amount that I can register to write exams. My colleague who is studying the same course as I am
