My experience with Oxbridge Academy has been extremely disappointing. It honestly feels like they only care about taking your money, not about helping their students succeed. The customer service is horrible — it’s nearly impossible to get hold of anyone when you need assistance, and emails or calls go unanswered for ages.

To make matters worse, the study materials (especially the maths ones) contain obvious mistakes, which makes learning even more frustrating. When I tried to reschedule my exams, they were completely unreasonable. They claimed the closing date for entries had already passed, yet they hadn’t even sent out the exam schedule or any proper communication about the deadlines beforehand.

Overall, the experience has been disorganized, unhelpful, and incredibly stressful. I would strongly advise anyone to choose another institution — Oxbridge Academy is not worth the money or the frustration.
