Study material not received

Morning I have register with the academy on the 25th January 2021 made my payment its now 5 March 2021 without my study material yet I'm expected to write exams ans assignments to submit they kept telling me they were hacked and since then no one communicate when you call their lines it's take 15min to 20 min with answer but they tell your its will take 8 minutes you will be caller 1 for the whole 20min the emails keeps saying 48hours someone will get back to you no one does get back to you I'm tired now of calling what can I do I feel ****med by them.
