Stay Away from Oxbridge Academy. Rude and UNPROFESSIONAL.

I lost my job during the lockdown last year, literally a few weeks after I registered with Oxbridge. Yet they still demand and beg and call for money. I made an arrangement and said I can do R100 a month till I work, I still don’t I literally have to borrow the R100. I was late by a few weeks this month and there we go again with the threatening calls. Maybe if you guys HAD ANY SYMPATHY, any basic customer service, actually responded to emails, you’d understand my situation.

The lady that I have had the misfortune of dealing with, Somikazi, so rude and unprofessional. Has no idea what customer service is. She is rude and honestly I am glad that I am not able to continue my studies with them. I dunno if it’s just her or everyone at Oxbridge but wow, unprofessional and rude. No sympathy.

Please rather get me someone else to deal with in future if I am unable to pay the R100 a month because like I said, I lost my job due to the pandemic.

I advice everyone looking into Oxbridge academy, STAY AWAY. Rather find a place where they actually give a damn about you and have a little bit of professionalism in them.
