So inconvenient

Ive registered for exams for June 2020 during lockdown and then i recieved an email stating that i will write 1 subject in September / October and they will notify me as i was off from work for the period of Lockdown, so i never recieved any sms or any notifications stating that my exam permit is ready for collections...and only when i went back to work on the 1st of October i saw a email that they sent to my work and therefor i missed the exam but they could i notify me on my sms as they usually do..but did not..so mow i have to pay registration fee of 500 rand because of their neglegence..that is so not right...and i have told them more than 20 times that i have not even recieved notifications via my telephone for my assignment and exam results..rhey did not even send a notification of my last exam...and first they were giving good service..this makes me think twice to study further with them.
