Shame on you, Oxbridge!

This college takes incompetence to an all-time low. Seems there is one person per department that can help you, but as soon as you need to deal with the next department, the wheels come off all over again. A struggle to get material, waiting for assignments to be returned takes forever, exam results take until nearly the next exam to be released, and then an uphill struggle to get your certificate. We do need more colleges, but we also need competent staff at those colleges!
