Rude , Disrespectful Sales Agents

A while ago I was doing some homework as where to where I would like to further my studies , I came across various institutions and also queried pricing , SAQA accreditation eg. To make a long story short Oxbridge was one of the institutions I made an interest in and after numerous calls , texts and emails from them I made it clear that when I was ready I would contact their institution. Last night 31/10/2019 at precisely 19h23 I received a call from a gentlemen Named Darrian Peterson. Needless to say the call ended with him dropping the phone on my ear. Today I call to log a complaint and yet again he seems to be unapologetic regarding he's rudeness and complete lack of respect.In his words and I quote " I believe I owe you an apology" I mean really , own up to your mistake. How can such an institution employ such ruthless , rude , agents? I would NEVER recommend this institution to anybody.
