Refuse cancelation - and now want to sue me for whole amount of course

I signed up at Oxbridge Academy in July 2020, 3 months later I asked to cancel my course as I lost my Job knowing i won't be able to pay for the course, They REFUSED my Cancelation after I sent in the documents they asked for to cancel.

After 5 months they approved the cancelation and i was required to pay R5300, I recieved this message on the 24th of march and the message stated I had to pay it before the 31st of March. How am I supposed to get R5300 in 7 days?? Now they want to take me to court for the full amount of the course! I never submitted any assignments and payed for 5 months to cover book costs for what do I still need to pay?
