POOR SERVICE AND RESPONSE

I have been trying for the past two weeks to get a POE or the right detail and information from Oxbridge needed to write exams at Pretoria Tech.<br> I have made several phone calls, sent e-mails but nobody seems to know what is going on or who is responsible for giving us the correct information for the exams starting already on Thursday. <br> When phoning Pretoria Tech they say the mistake is with Oxbridge and when you phone Oxbridge they say the problem lies with Pretoria Tech.<br> I need the permit to know what my daughter is writing ASAP. Nobody can help me with any detail.<br> I only received the time table after they received my payment, but I need the permit and detail regarding exams.
