Poor Service
I was doing a moderation course with the college and I was found competent, they told me that I have to wait for verification from etdp seta, while waiting I asked the college to draft me a letting confirmation that I was found competent and I am waiting for my certificate and they give me this reply "Good day Lucky Unfortunately your PoE has not yet being verified by the EDTP Seta. Because of the covid we do not receive a visit every month. We need to have a minimum of 10 PoE ‘s available then we can apply for verification. Unfortunately I cannot issue a letter before the process is not completed" so this means I can even wait until next year waiting for my certificate or letter, what if they do not have 10 students?

05 Jul 2021, 12:19When someone register for qualification the is mean they need that qualification, the are not doing it for fun, at least give us something as proof that we are waiting for our qualification, and didn't even tell me that I must wait for 10 POE's why u don't tell me before registration?
