please assist when i need assistance

I have asked numerous time for the statement to show how much is outstanding on my account I was advised the course it's a Diploma still no feed back there and also that its 18 months Duration and as well they were still going to advise me if it's a diploma or not I pay on time I have tutors which are very rude i asked a simple question which I'm still struggling with even now he told me to research not advising where or how told me refer to you book so please in need feedback on ally this concerns I have mentioned and thank for the study material it did arrive on time
