Payed for services not rendered

So after years of struggling to receiving my certificate from Damelin. (Which I still did not receive, what a waist of money that was). I thought I was making the best ever decision and went to Oxbridge for my further study. Wen I was doing my N4 Edu-care everything went well. I got all my assignments in on time and ready to write my exam. After the exam everyone including me started getting their results back. So I did what everyone in my position would do and pay for my N5 Edu-care in full. What a mistake!!! I got 3 out of the 4 subjects back which sowed I passed with distinction in all 3. When exam time come Oxbridge informed me that I can write there is no problem (even thought I am still shorting 1 subjects marks). I phoned Oxbridge at least 4 times to make sure, because how can I write if I did not have all my results. But taking their word I went to write. (To give you an idea, the nearest place I have to drive to too write is 290km away from me). When I got their to collect my papers (the one that you normally use to get in and out of the exam rooms) they informed me I am not register to write. I was mad!!!! I phoned Oxbridge to complain about this mis hap. They just said their is nothing they can do about it. Their was an irregularity on the last subject. After a lot of phone calls I had to make to different places (which was not easy) I found out that the person who mark my exam paper thinks that I was not the one who wrote it. So let me explain, I have been in a car accident and write left as well as with my right hand. Problem is the faster I write the easer it gets to see the different. I asked the markers what I must do to rectify it. So they explain that Oxbridge needs to get an affidavit that nothing went wrong during the writing of my exam and I need to get a doctor letter explaining my situation. I phoned Oxbridge back and explain what they must do. I went to the doctor got the letter email it to the correct people at Oxbridge. Then I spend every week phoning Oxbridge for an update.

Well let me put it this way. They did nothing! Another college dean ended up helping me to get my marks. So after everything this college has done I was able to write my N5 Edu-care through them. So I ask you will you stay at the collage that did nothing for you (and at some point even told you that this is not their concern nor problem)! or go to the collage that went above and be honed to help you. So I ask Oxbridge to refund me, they denied my clam. Even thought if I still call them now they tell me I am still not aloud to write exam. Here is the funny part I already wrote my N5 with the other collage got my marks 2 passes and 2 pass with distinction. I am currently busy with my N6 Edu-care with this collage.

So my question is it fare for me to pay 2 collages to do one collages work? When I explain to Oxbridge that I am already finished with my N5 and currently moving on to N6 with another collage, and ask again if they can refund me. Clam denied!
