Paid for course but no study material received thus far

I enrolled and paid the amount payable to Oxbridge on the 2nd of June.

I have not received my study material as yet, despite the fact that I have phoned and mailed more times than I care to count to try and follow up regarding the delay.

I received a mail telling me that the material is out of stock and that they will keep me posted as soon as they receive it... How do you offer a course but do not have the study material?

Again this morning I had to send a mail and I have not received a response.

I am sure you can appreciate my concern from above and also the dislikable taste Oxbridge has left in my mouth to date...

Please advise...
